By creating an account or using Vira Fitness ("Vira," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Vira mobile application and the website at vira-fitness.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vira. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data

When using Vira, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or interact with the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create on Vira, including workout plans, workout logs, posts, and comments. By posting content publicly (such as sharing workouts to your activity feed), you grant Vira a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users within the app. You can delete your content at any time.

Vira is a fitness tracking and planning tool. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You use Vira and follow any workout plans at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from exercises performed using the app.

• We strive to keep Vira available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time and will notify you of significant changes through the app or website

Vira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vira Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or loss of profits.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vira at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
